Hey how about some links, missy. It's hard for the monstrously lazy person to work up the energy to effectively procrastinate when she has to search out these items for herself, you know.

xoxo nora
PS Personally, I'm excited about So You Think You Can Dance and four day weekends. But then, as you know, I'm irredeemably lowbrow.

By christ mister nora, i don't know who you are but you are very demanding. Slavishly, I have devoted myself to you and done what you demanded. I think I have put in quite as much effort as I have now, and will have to close down the site... feast your lazy eyes on them there links. Books are nothing on SYTYCD, of course, for intellectual stimulus, but we take what we can get....

You're running a fine service here, Swinn. Merci.

Thankyou Parker for your enthusiasm. if i was prayerfull this site would be "things I am praying for"; as it is, it's more like "things I am keeping my fingers crossed for" and my intention was to keep it book-related. Already it poses a problem: the cats. Obviously. And The Cats. Not to mention the forthcoming REM album (song WRITING - that's a kind of writing, not to mention Gordon Ramsey (who has WRITTEN some [cook] books). Not to mention hair, nails, waxing, lipo, and all the other feminine wiles I get up to on my off days / get off to on my up days. As to the joys of alcohol... I am sipping a martini as we speak, and believe me it's dirty. Oh boy is it dirty.

hey Lisa, I know what you mean - I think Emily's got a terrifically inviting tone. Cath Keenan's SMH review is here:
